Note comments are not printed with the document

When printing a PDF file from PDF Converter Professional 4, the Note comments are not printed as they are displayed on the page.

In order for Note comments to print with the document, it is necessary when printing, to select the "Print with Comments" option from the File menu of PDF Converter Professional 4. If "Print with Comments" is not selected, comments will not print with the PDF file and instead will appear only as icons on the printed page.

Once the "Print with Comments" dialog appears, the following options can be selected:

• Sort Comments by: Allows the comments to be printed in sorted order when one of the following options is selected:
  1. Author
  2. Date
  3. Page
  4. Type

2. Medium
3. Large

1. Document and comments on separate pages, connected with lines
2. Document and comments on separate pages, connected with sequence numbers
3. Document and comments on the same page, connected with lines
4. Print comments only

• The "Print with Comments" option will print comments on a separate page or on the same page connected with lines or sequenced numbers depending on what is selected. It will not print them in the same location as they are displayed on the page.
• The "Print with Comments" option is not available in Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 or 8. Therefore, when printing PDF files that contain Comments added by PDF Converter Professional 4 from Acrobat Reader 7 or 8, the Comments will not be printed.
